I succumbed to peer pressure and went to happy hour instead of open swimming at the pool Friday evening. I did have a good time at happy hour, but felt guilty about skipping a swim workout. Luckily, I had a kick ass spinning workout this morning. The instructor played this Fort Minor song Remember the Name, which always gets me motivated. Mostly because the first time I heard it was in this YouTube video with Ian Thorpe, greatest freestyler ever. When the song was playing in class, I was visualizing myself in the pool because I've viewed this video so many times, trying to emulate Thorpy's technique.
